I have my Peckham line going back to James Peckham marrying Harriet Gibbons in the Cat Harbour area of Newfoundland in 1841. Harriet was born in 1826 in Cat Harbour. James was born c1818. Harriet's parents might have been Thomas and Elizabeth Gibbons. Thomas possibly was born in Somerset, England.
