I found a website that sells family history books and what makes it unique is that with each book comes a free searchable CD, no other site offer this kind of deal.
They have those books that I have been searching for a long time.
Looking for information on John or Jr. Rhodes. He played on the baseball team in Jackson OH. Jackson High School Iron Men. The year was 1957. Date of the game was May 18th. Should have been articles in the local newspaper around that date. The newspaper changed names several times.

My name is Carrie Marc aka yomama533. I just got started on My Heritage. I was attracted to the Free family tree builder download. I have been working on a tree on Ancestry.com but I didn't have a personal tree to save to my computer. I am finding that combining the two is working out ok. The Davis Tree on Ancestry has over 1000 persons. It is a public tree so anyone can look. It kinda got out of hand so I am trying to split the branches some by starting again on My Heritage. I am a ggrandaughter of John Edward Rhodes born 28 Feb 1892 Hannibal MO. Died 13 Feb 1958. He was the son of Hezekiah Rhodes 1864 - 1949 Missouri. The father of Hezekiah was Thomas William Rhodes 1823, Tennessee and died in 1870. This is as far back on the Rhodes side I have been able to trace. John E Rhodes also had two sons that had children, Richard and Charles born in MO. He also had Louise (my grandmother) & Gladys & Arthur who never had any children.
